Everywhere your design takes effect
The form, the event site and the emails come from the same design system, and the PDF ticket takes over the logo and primary colour. You scan the brand once per event, not once for every piece.
The signUP Brand Scan reads the design language of your company website from real browser styles and turns it into a design system for the form, the event site and the emails.
The trade-off is always the same. Either it is fast, so you take a template and the page looks like the tool. Or it looks like your brand, so an agency, review rounds and development get involved, and days turn into weeks.
You enter the URL of your company website. signUP opens the page in a real browser, reads the styles in use and derives a design system from them.
So that the AI does not invent styles, we have put strong guardrails in place. Our system assigns the measured values to their roles (which is the primary colour, which is body text, which is the button background) but may not invent colour values of its own; it has to use the measured ones. Derived values such as text contrast are then calculated by our design rules. If the website cannot be read, the AI estimates the colours. The result is marked as an estimate, and you can improve it with screenshots or adjust it manually.
page, navigation, footer, hero, surfaces and buttons
font families, weights and sizes for headings and body text
corner radii, shadow behaviour, spacing
On the precise path signUP also calculates a match score between the generated design system and the scanned source. This benchmark is our own indicative figure for judging design accuracy.
The difference from recolouring a template: what comes out is a coherent set of design rules applied to every generated surface. Change the primary colour and the derived states change with it (hover, borders, text contrast), so no old colour lingers anywhere.
A design system is more than a list of colours. signUP sets up the values it read as a coherent system and derives everything else from them:
as the basis for buttons, accents and highlights
for cards, sections and form fields
calculated from the background so text stays legible
separately for headings and body text
so buttons and cards feel the way they do on your website
The benefit shows when you change something: swap the primary colour and hover states, borders and text contrasts follow automatically. In a recoloured template the old colour stays put in exactly those places.
The form, the event site and the emails come from the same design system, and the PDF ticket takes over the logo and primary colour. You scan the brand once per event, not once for every piece.
The scan gives you a starting point. After that you can override every colour, every font and every radius by hand, upload a different logo or swap the hero image. Individual events often have their own branding that deliberately departs from the parent brand, and that works too.
Type is where automatic adoption fails most often: many websites obfuscate font names or serve them as a licensed file that cannot simply be reused.
signUP handles that in three stages: it reads the font name actually in use, maps it to the closest loadable family from a curated set, and lets you adjust the result. If that is not enough, you upload your own font file into a company font library, and then the registration flow runs in exactly your house typeface.
Not every website can be read. If bot protection sits in front of it, or no usable HTML comes back, signUP falls back to a visual estimate, clearly marked as such and without a match score. If that does not get through either, signUP asks you for a screenshot. If the scan detects an overlay such as a cookie banner that cannot be dismissed, colours and screenshot are flagged as uncertain rather than accepted as a wrong result.
The scan is an offer, not a requirement. You can set colours, type, logo and headline directly. A curated set of Google fonts is available, and your own font files can be uploaded into a company font library.
The practical gain is less in the time for the first draft than in the review rounds that follow. When the registration page looks like the brand from the start, the discussion moves from “that is not our green” to questions of substance: programme, fields, copy.
And because the form, the page and the emails come from the same design system, the confirmation email looks like the page from the start.

No template, no recolouring.
No, as long as signUP can read the website, measured colours are used exactly.

Yes. Every colour, font and radius can be changed by hand, and the logo and hero image swapped.
For individual events you can also depart from the parent brand on purpose.
Yes. Colours, type, logo and headline can be set directly.
Curated Google fonts are available, and you can upload your own font files.
