Tickets with QR code and calendar entry
A PDF ticket with a QR code can be generated for every registration, and you design its layout yourself. signUP also sends calendar entries as .ics, so the date lands straight in your guests’ calendars.
With signUP, creating that registration is easy. Your form, event site, emails and guest list take shape from your description and your design system. You describe what you want, signUP builds it. And everything stays editable afterwards.
A registration page usually needs more than a form. To guide your attendees from the very beginning, you need four things:
asks for the right data
explains what it is about
confirm registrations and remind people of the date
where it all comes together
You describe what you need in one sentence, for example “registration for a conference with workshop choice, a plus-one and a catering preference”. signUP turns that into a finished multi-step form with the right field types, required fields and order.
The result is your first starting point. Every field stays editable afterwards: rename it, move it, change its type or make it required. You can also tell the AI what you want to change in plain language and regenerate a single step without touching the rest.
Long forms are less likely to be completed. That is why signUP spreads fields across several steps with a progress indicator, optionally followed by a summary after submission.
Fields can be shown and hidden using conditional logic: multiple rules, combined with AND or OR. Guests who select “Will I attend the workshop? = No”, for example, do not see the workshop selection.
An event registration also needs the page around it. signUP generates sections from a short description that you can freely arrange and adapt, such as a hero, agenda, speakers, FAQ and directions.
Each section consists of blocks: heading, text, image, button, grid. In the editor, you edit text directly on the page, swap images from the media library and adjust colours, spacing and rounded corners. The signUP Event Assistant takes instructions and various file formats (Word, PDF, Excel), such as “create this agenda for me”, and turns them into concrete changes.
Registration and cancellation confirmations are created in your event’s design and sent automatically when a guest registers or cancels. Schedule reminders or marketing emails by send time and recipient status. Edit every email in the intuitive block editor.
Every registration comes together in one guest list: status at a glance, search and filters per column, bulk actions across several guests at once.
You import existing invitation lists from Excel or CSV and export your analysis in the same formats.

Every text field supports multiple languages. German, English and French are currently available. Translate your text automatically with one click, or enter your translations manually.
Your guests switch the website’s language with one click. Their registration language is saved, so the confirmation email goes out in the right language too. More languages are in preparation.
Your event gets a signUP address by default. A custom domain is available depending on your licence. signUP shows you the right DNS records for your provider and checks that the certificate and route are in place.
The form is generated from one description in a single pass, in 20 to 30 seconds. You can adjust it however you like afterwards.
Publishing your website with form and subpages takes about 30 minutes from start to finish.
