What you’ll do.
- You manage attendee management and event projects from start to finish, from the brief through delivery to the wrap-up.
- You turn customer requirements into clear tasks, realistic timelines and agreed milestones.
- You guide the setup of event sites, registration flows and attendee communications in signUP.
- You coordinate customers and internal contributors, track dependencies and communicate project progress clearly.
- You check registration flows before launch, support the live project and ensure a thorough handover and wrap-up.
- You share what you learn from projects with the product team and help us improve our workflows.
What you bring.
- You enjoy organising, setting priorities and keeping track of work involving several people.
- You are interested in digital tools, SaaS and the processes behind successful events.
- You communicate clearly, understand customers and focus on practical solutions.
- You work carefully and enjoy taking ownership. Experience in project or event management is welcome.
