What you’ll do.
- You support customers with questions about signUP and help them find clear, practical solutions.
- You guide onboarding and show customers how to set up their event and registration workflows with signUP.
- You listen carefully, collect feedback and identify recurring questions, obstacles and requests.
- You contribute to new features together with the product team. Your close connection to our customers is essential to that work.
- You test new functionality from a customer’s perspective, document bugs clearly and help verify improvements.
- You document useful answers and solutions so customers and the team can benefit from them.

- You enjoy explaining things, listen carefully and stay patient with tricky questions.
- You like working with customers and quickly find your way around digital tools.
- You are curious about AI and SaaS and want to understand how good products are built.
- You work in a structured way and share feedback others can act on. Experience in support or onboarding is welcome.
